Yesteray, Yahoo Inc. announced that chief executive officer Terry Semel was stepping down and was being replaced by one of the firm's founders, Jerry Yang:
Yahoo replaces CEO Semel with co-founder Yang. Jerry co-founded the company back in 1994 as a navigational guide in the Web's early days. For a while now, he's had the title of Chief Yahoo. Now, CEO. More details here:
