two last looks back at 2010

Before we get to the business of 2011, two things... First, here's Jeff Yang's last "Asian Pop" column of 2010, looking back and searching for the right expression to describe the year that was in Asia and Asian America. For this one, he enlisted the help from friends around the Asian American blogosphere: What's the Good Word? Asian Pop's 2010 Year in Review.

Second, be sure to check out Asia Pacific Arts' Best of 2010, the annual year-end edition naming their favorite Asian and Asian American performers, film, music, TV dramas, choreography, video games, behind-the-scenes artists and more. It's the issue I look forward to reading every year, and once again, they've got some really great stuff.
