The San Francisco International Asian American Film Festival is now CAAMFest, March 14-24

Big news from our friends at the Center for Asian American Media. They've announced that the San Francisco International Asian American Film Festival -- one of my favorite events of the year -- has renamed and re-branded CAAMFest, a celebration of film, music, food and digital media from the world's most innovative Asian and Asian American artists. It's happening March 14-24, 2013. Here's the official announcement:

Dear CAAM Supporters and Friends,

We are very excited to announce that the San Francisco International Asian
American Film Festival is now CAAMFest, a celebration of film, music, food and
digital media from the world’s most innovative Asian and Asian American artists.

The spirit of curiosity and adventure has always guided our festival, leading
to the expansion over the years from a focus on film to a broader embrace of
more avenues for artistic expression and community engagement. This year,
CAAMFest will highlight curated experiences in food, music and digital media
that play on the themes presented in our renowned film showcase. Over the
next few weeks you will have the chance to preview CAAMFest’s exciting new
programming as well as its new look. Watch for our next CAAM Connect for
details and dates.

We can’t wait to see you in March at CAAMFest.

Please help us spread the word by telling others the good news. Be sure to
update your listings and records and replace SFIAAFF with CAAMFest.
