Watch the new trailer for the 'Ktown Cowboys' movie

"Bro-mantic dramedy" will have its world premiere on March 15 at SXSW

As fans know, the folks behind the hit comedy webseries KTown Cowboys have been hard at work on a feature film version, set to premiere next month at South By Southwest. The film, written by Danny Cho and directed by Daniel Park, is described as a "bro-mantic dramedy" about a group of ball-busting, hard-partying, life-long friends who are struggling with the transition into responsible adulthood."

Here is the newly released film festival red-band trailer, which gives you a glimpse into the hijinks:

Ktown Cowboys stars Danny Cho, Bobby Choy, Peter Jae, Sunn Wee and Shane Yoon, with Eric Roberts (whaaaat), Steven Byrne, Daniel Dae Kim and Ken Jeong (who also serves as Executive Producer).

The film will have its world premiere at SXSW, screening Sunday, March 15 at the Alamo Drafthouse in Austin, Texas. That's a pretty damn big deal. Here's a video capturing the moment that writer/star Danny Cho learned that the film had been accepted into the festival:
