Momofuku Ando, Japanese inventor of instant noodles, dies at 96. At the moment, I honestly can't think of a 20th century food invention that has had a greater impact on my life. We salute you, Mr. Momofuku. You may not have invented a very nutrtious meal, but it's easy and delicious. Fix yourself a bowl of ramen today in his honor.
