San Jose Mercury News, a historic one-third of Santa Clara County cities—Cupertino, Milpitas, Palo Alto, Saratoga and Sunnyvale—will be led by Asian American mayors in the new year:
Asian-Americans leapfrog into politics. The five mayors are all immigrants born in Asian countries who climbed up the political ladder.
