According to this Gallup poll, Americans claim they will be willing to vote for a woman or a black for president next year, but still raise questions about voting for a well-qualified Mormon, a Hispanic, a homosexual or someone who has been divorced twice:
Gallup: Americans Say They Will Vote for a Black or Woman -- But a Mormon? A 72-Year-Old? Man, are you telling me that the possibility of an Asian American president is so unlikely they didn't even bother including it as an option in the survey?
