The North American distribution rights for the documentary
Nanking have been sold to THINKFilm:
Leonsis Sells Film Distribution Rights. The film tells the story of the 1937 Japanese invasion of Nanking, China, through the recollections of a small group of Westerners who established a safety zone that provided a haven for more than 200,000 Chinese. More here:
"Nanking" documentary lands U.S. distribution. You'll probably have to keep an eye out for it, but it looks like it'll be coming to a theater near you later this year.
