Last week in Philadelphia, 69-year-old Kwok Wai-ho was out for a walk near his home when a group of kids grabbed him from behind and put him in a choke hold for no apparent reason.
When a neighbor intervened and yelled at the group, one of kids panicked and threw Wai-ho to the ground, where he struck his head. So far, police have reported no arrests in the case. The guy works at a food cart for twenty years to put his kids through college, and this is how he ends up. It's sick, and one of these punk-ass kids needs to pay.
