This story is just bizarre. In rural Cubria, England "geishas" are being sought to serve tea in cafes attracting Japanese tourists:
Rural tea-rooms seek geisha girls. Tourists are apparently flocking to the region for its connection to children's author Beatrix Potter, and the recent film
Miss Potter, based on the author's life. I had no idea Beatrix Potter was so huge in Japan. What geishas have to do with Beatrix Potter, I have no idea. And wouldn't Japanese tourists visiting the English countryside want their tea served the English way?
