The Washington Post has a transcript from a fan chat with actor Michael Paul Chan, who plays Lt. Mike Tao in TNT's drama The Closer. He's one of those Asian American actors who's been in the business for years, toiling away in all sorts of stereotypical Asian roles that Hollywood threw at him.
