NPR recently ran an interesting profile on Meyung Robson, a former beauty queen (the
real Miss Saigon) who came to the United States as a Vietnamese refugee in 1975, carved out a successful career in law enforcement as the FBI's first Vietnamese-American special agent, and now runs a restaurant in Bangkok:
