katy perry's dancer makes a "goofy face"

That's Katy Perry performing "I Kissed a Girl" on the Grammys... but what's up with the Asian dancer on the left, and what the hell is she doing with her eyes? I believe that's what Miley Cyrus might call a goofy face. (Thanks, JC.)
