police investigate 'person of interest' in murder of annie le

According to an anonymous source close to the investigation, New Haven police have apparently identified a 'person of interest' in the killing of Yale graduate student Annie Le, whose body was found hidden in the wall of a university research building.

Police have reportedly narrowed their investigation on the apartment of a lab technician who worked in the same building with Le. The suspect has what appears to be defensive wounds on his chest, suggesting a violent struggle. Also, the state's attorney in New Haven has asked the chief medical examiner’s office in Connecticut not to release the cause of death "in order to facilitate the investigation": Cause of Yale Student's Death Will Not Be Released.
