Some news out of Massachusetts... Last week, after nearly three full days of deliberation, Suffolk Superior Court jurors found Da Lin Haung guilty in the brutal 2001 murder of his wife: Da Lin Huang guilty in murder of his wife.
The first degree murder verdict carries a minimum life sentence. Huang murdered his then-separated wife, Gin Hua Xu, and mutilated her body with tools in his home on January 27, 2001 after she filed for divorce.
State prosecutors pushed for the maximum sentence, stating that medical examiners were unable to determine how many times Huang stabbed his wife due to the damage to her skull and posthumous mutilation. Gruesome.
