Just want to give some props to UCLA's softball team, which took home the school's 12th national championship and 11th NCAA title with a 15-9 victory over the Arizona Wildcats on Tuesday: Bruins Pound the Wildcats to Win National Championship.
The Bruins' victory came under the guidance of head coach Kelly Inouye Perez, who took over the program just four years ago. A former player herself, she's been a part of the UCLA softball family for more than half her life, and now she's a champion coach too: UCLA, Inouye-Perez, come full circle.
