asian extras needed for abc's my generation filming in austin

The ABC fall drama My Generation is currently shooting in Austin, Texas, and they need some Asian extras. Word is, they're interested in having a better representation of the Asian community, but currently don't have a lot of people in their talent pool that fit the demographic. Thus, they're putting the call out. Here's some more information:
My name is Tina Kerr and I am an Extras Casting Director for the ABC television series "My Generation" which is currently filming in the Austin area.

On this project we would like to have a better representation of the ASIAN community, but do not have a lot of people in our talent pool who fit that demographic. We are looking for ASIAN Men, Women and Children - ALL Ages, NO experience necessary!

In addition to the general extra types (neighbors, restaurant customers, shoppers, interesting characters, etc) that we will be using, we are also in need a few very featured extras to play relatives and younger versions of one of our lead actresses - Anne Son. We need a 6 to 8 year old version of this actress, her 10 year old & 12 year old brothers and sisters, her 30-45 year old Korean uncle, a newborn or recently born Asian baby boy.

Extras do get paid and for "My Generation" the rate is $7.25 per hour with an 8 hour guarantee of $58.00 plus time and 1/2 after 8 hours. Meals are generally always provided and it can be a fun, new experience to work in television & meet new people. Work days can average anywhere from 4-14 hours per day and filming is usually done during the week with weekends off.

I need all the help I can get in getting the word out to the Asian community in Austin and surrounding area and hope you are able to help with this. Please help us out by letting all of your contacts know about this opportunity and/or reposting this notice on your networking sites.

Anyone who is interested in working with us should visit our website at www.onlocationcasting.net and complete a Talent Application. They will need to upload 1-2 photos of themselves and input some personal information. It is FREE to be in out talent database, so notifications to input credit card information or pay for 'active' upgrades can be disregarded. It is OPTIONAL to pay for the upgrades and we do not require any form of payment to work with us on our shows. They may also send us an email along with their name, recent photo, contact information and any other relevant information to: onlocationcasting@yahoo.com with the subject line ASIAN Extras.
If you're in the Austin area, and interested in taking part, follow the directions and fill out the online talent application. You can also send an email with your name, recent photo, contact information and any other relevant information to
onlocationcasting@yahoo.com, with the subject line ASIAN Extras.

That's all I've got. Maybe you can be the Asian person standing in the background of scene four of episode seven of My Generation.
