Ms. Chinn loads up her catering truck every morning with coffee and doughnuts, and seeks out the disenfranchised who live on the streets of Eureka, California. In the afternoon, she heads out again to feed dinner to about 200 people. According to Ms. Chinn, many of those living under bridges and in bushes are veterans.
