Came across this cute photo on Yahoo here. Earlier this month at a ceremony in New York City, eighteen children from Haiti, China, Ethiopia and other countries were sworn in as U.S. citizens. 4-year-old Jillian, who was adopted from China, is now a naturalized U.S. citizen. More photos here.
