Celebrating Project by Project's 15 Year Anniversary, over forty of LA's top chefs and mixologists will unite for an evening of great food and drinks at the breathtaking Vibiana Cathedral in Downtown Los Angeles.
This year's event will present the best of LA's culinary culture with delicious tastings from our amazing participants, a silent auction, live art + entertainment and a cooking challenge featuring Top Chef's Marcel Vigneron vs. a surprise chef! For the first time in Plate by Plate history, a mixology showdown will also be hosted; mixologists from ink restaurant, Pour Vous, City Tavern and the Roosevelt Hotel will duel it out with their best cocktail creations of the night! Culinary superstars who will also be cookin' this year include Chefs Michael Cimarusti (of Providence, Connie & Ted's), John Rivera Sedlar (of Rivera/Playa and Top Chef fame), Ricardo Zarate (Picca, Mo-Chica), Zoe Nathan/Josh Loeb (Rustic Canyon, Milo + Olive), David Feau (Royce), Neal Fraser (Grace) and many more!
