This one's for my fellow Robotech fans... Check out this cool fan-made 50-second trailer based on the 1980s sci-fi cartoon -- my favorite show back in the day -- which was adapted from Japanese series Macross. If you get a thrill out of seeing Veritech fighters battling Zentraedi battlepods, you'll like this:
Hailing from fans in Argentina, it's apparently part of a larger fan film, Robotech: Valkyrie Project. I don't know if we'll ever get to see Hollywood's version of a live-action Robotech movie -- it's been in development for a loooong time -- but this was fun pretty fun to watch. More on Facebook.
