Philadelphia woman suffers from schizophrenia

Passing this information along... In Philadelphia, police and loved ones are asking for the public's help locating a woman who suffers from schizophrenia and has been missing for nearly two weeks.

Missing Endangered Woman

Family members last saw 21-year-old Fatima Rahman on January 2 at her home in West Philadelphia. According to police, she left her medications behind and without them she'll become increasingly and avoid contact with people. She also left without her cell phone and jacket.

Rahman, who is of Bangladeshi descent, is described as 5-feet 1-inch tall, about 120 pounds with brown eyes, olive skin and shoulder-length black hair.

On Saturday, January 3, 2014, 21 year old Fatima Rahman was reported missing from 43XX Chestnut Street. She was last seen by family members on Thursday, January 2, 2014, at approximately 1:30pm inside of her residence. Fatima left her residence without her cell phone, jacket or medications. Fatima is 5’1”, 120lbs, thin build, brown eyes, olive skin, shoulder length black hair, Bangladeshi descent. She was last seen wearing a blue head scarf, red sweater and blue jeans. Fatima also suffers from schizophrenia and without medication, becomes increasingly paranoid and will avoid contact with people. She has been known to frequent the areas of 43rd and Walnut Streets., as well as 34th and Race Streets.
