Elizabeth Ho has been cast as one of the leads in an untitled NBC comedy pilot from 30 Rock co-executive producer Matt Hubbard and Parks & Recreation co-creator/ executive producer Mike Schur.

Loosely based on Hubbard's life, the single-camera project revolves around Andrew and Josie, a happily married interracial couple whose lives take a turn when they move close to Josie's family in Missouri.
Chris Smith will play Andrew, "a likable nerd" lawyer, while Elizabeth Ho will play Josie, a "hard-charging woman who has never failed at anything."
Since the logline indicates that Josie's family will play a significant role in the show, I'm guessing there will be room for at least a few more Asian American series regulars.
I'm just hoping the comedy isn't all "Oh! My crazy Asian in-laws!" Please.
Ho's previous series credits Melissa & Joey and Rake. You may recognize her from these hilariously hot Beyoncé-themed engagement photos that went viral a couple of years ago.
