That's a big group of actual samurai standing next to the actual Giza Sphinx. No, this isn't Photoshop trickery. This
photo was taken in 1864, when a group of Japanese diplomatic emissaries, en route to France, made a pit stop in Egypt. They captured the moment with a photo op -- in full samurai regalia.
There is most certainly a movie that needs to be made, inspired by this photo. Somebody, get on it. More info on the photo
