Win tickets to the V3 Digital Media Conference, June 14-15

Fellow friends of the world wide web, here's what's up. The V3 Digital Media Conference, happening June 14-15, is back for another unique gathering of AAPI online journalists, social media communicators, and bloggers mixing it up in Los Angeles for a day of thought-provoking conversations, networking and more.

Things kick off with the Opening Awards Reception on Friday, June 14 at the Pacific Asia Museum in Pasadena, and a full day of conference events on Satuday, June 15 at the Japanese American National Museum in Little Tokyo. Want to win some free tickets? Read down below.

I'll be participating in a workshop, "Engaging the AAPI Community in Online Activism," with fellow panelists-in-power Taz Ahmed, Frances Kai-Hwa Wang, Lisa Lee and Jennifer Pae. Please come and take part.

If you register right now before June 7, you can get the discounted Pre-Registration price before the rate goes up. Be sure to use the promotional code Partner-Angry (case-sensitive), good for 10% off the Pre-Registration rate or $10 off Full Registration rate. Saving money is good.

But wait! If you'd like to try your luck, I'm giving away five pairs of free passes to the V3 Digital Media Conference. You and a friend can hang out and check out the whole event for free. Take note: one of last year's ticket winners won the sponsored conference raffle and took home an iPad! Here's how to enter:
Step 1: Follow @angryasianman on Twitter.

Step 2: Tweet this message (one entry per person/Twitter handle):
I want to win a pair of tickets to #V3con from @angryasianman. http://bit.ly/v3con-aam

Step 3: The entry period ends 11:59pm PT on June 6th, 2013. Winners will be chosen at random and will receive a Twitter direct message with further information. Please, only enter if you really plan on attending. Don't be a flake.
Either way, hope to see you there! For further information on the conference, including the full schedule of events and lineup of speakers, head over to the V3 website.
