Music Video: "Oh Father" by Kina Grannis

Latest single from indie singer/songwriter's sophomore album 'Elements'



One of my favorite musicians, indie singer/songwriter Kina Grannis, just released her the music video for her latest single "Oh Father," one of the standout tracks from her sophomore album Elements. The video is a gorgeous, theatrical piece complete with choreography to match the song's dark and dreamy mood.

Music Video: "Write It In the Sky" by Kina Grannis (Ken Loi Remix)

The good folks over at Wong Fu Productions recently dropped this awesome music video for "Write It In the Sky" by Kina Grannis, remixed by electronic producer Ken Loi. The video, which has this supercool sci-fi future vibe going on, stars Arden Cho of MTV's Teen Wolf and Ryan Potter, who supplies the voice of Hiro in Disney's Big Hero 6.

Long-anticipated sophomore album from fan-favorite folk-pop singer/songwriter



At last! You know we're big fans of singer/songwriter Kina Grannis around here. So you know I'm super excited about the release of her highly-anticipated sophomore studio album Elements, finally out this week. It's been a long time coming, and the album represents a more mature, introspective Kina. I've had it playing nonstop all day, and it's pretty darn marvelous and lovely all around.

Sooooo excited to hear that singer/songwriter Kina Grannis has been hard at work on a new album, Elements, set to hit your earwaves this spring. She recently released this short album teaser, giving us a tiny taste of one of the tracks, "My Dear," plus some footage of her cooking up sounds in the studio. Check it out:

Another cute cover of "The Cup Song"



I must admit, I am not immune to the charms of the "The Cup Song." Made popular by Lulu and the Lampshades, then made even more popular by Anna Kendrick in Pitch Perfect, the song has inspired countless imitators across internet doing their own cover of the catchy cup-clap beat. Oh, you know I love that Kina Grannis. One of my favorite singer/songwriters recently released the official music video for "Gone," from her album Stairwells. Filmed around Los Angeles and directed by Ross Ching, the video stars Kina and two glowing stick figure things. Yep. Take a look:
