'Fresh Off The Boat' Episode Guide (111-112)

Asian American family sitcom airs Tuesdays at 8:00pm on ABC

The inaugural season of Fresh Off The Boat is quickly drawing to a close. After all the hype, the show has distinguished itself as a critical hit, drawn solid ratings, and has given a lot of us something to cheer for on TV. On top of all that, it's part of the larger, much-lauded wave of more diverse storytelling on television.

So what are the chances of a second season? In my opinion, the chances are great. Solid. I'd put money on it. Of course, I also think it couldn't hurt for the powers that be to get a little helpful nudge from Fresh fans. On last week's "Fresh Off The Show" -- the unofficial live online Fresh Off The Boat aftershow -- we came up with the hashtag #RenewFOTB. Tweet at @ABCNetwork and let them know what's up.

If you haven't had a chance to tune in, full previously aired episodes are available for free streaming on the ABC website, as well as Hulu. You can also purchase episodes of Fresh Off The Boat from iTunes.

'Fresh Off The Boat' Episode Guide (109-111)

Asian American family sitcom airs Tuesdays at 8:00pm on ABC

After re-airing the pilot episode last week, Fresh Off The Boat returns with an all new episode Tuesday night at 8:00pm on ABC. The show, if you haven't heard, is inspired by the memoirs of renegade restaurateur/chef Eddie Huang, and stars prime time network television's only Asian American family.

Fresh Off The Boat stars Randall Park as Louis, Constance Wu as Jessica, Hudson Yang as Eddie, Forrest Wheeler as Emery and Ian Chen as Evan. Eddie Huang provides the voice over narration.

Despite some seriously heavy time slot competition, the show has been earning some solid ratings. If you haven't had a chance to tune in, full previously aired episodes are available for free streaming on the ABC website, as well as Hulu. You can also purchase episodes of Fresh Off The Boat from iTunes.

After 'Fresh Off The Boat," join us for Fresh Off The Show

The Unofficial Live Online Post-Show, Tuesdays at 8:35PM PST on YouTube

Based on the numbers, it appears that America is watching Fresh Off The Boat. The ABC sitcom, starring your new favorite Asian American family, has been turning up some solid audience ratings since its premiere, even when up against some pretty heavy competition in its Tuesday time slot, including NCIS and The Voice.

In this week's episode, Eddie is excited to meet a new classmate -- another Chinese kid! -- played by guest star Albert Tsai (the breakout kid star of ABC's Trophy Wife). This could be a the beginning of a two-man Asian crew at Abraham Lincoln Middle School, but they soon learn that they have absolutely nothing in common.
