Ili is a cool-looking new wearable device that translates speech into different languages. The user speaks into the device in English, Japanese or Chinese (Mandarin, presumably?) and it will reproduce the words in any of those languages. Pretty great idea. It's, like, the future.

The commercial that's been circulating for the product, however, is pretty gross.

In the cringeworthy ad for the device, created by a Japanese company called Logbar, a white spokesman named Dean is seen roaming the streets of Tokyo and using the device to ask random women to kiss him. Dean is from the United Kingdom and doesn't speak Japanese, but with ili, sexual harassment has no language barriers! At one point, he actually chases a woman demanding "just one kiss."

Self-described "perv magnet" has archived over 1,000 messages from "creeps, weirdos and fetishists."



According to her Twitter profile, musician Mia Matsumiya is a self-described "4-foot-9-inch violinist, medical guinea pig and professional unscrewer." She is also a "perv magnet" -- and has the evidence to prove it.

Over the past ten years, Mia has received and archived over a thousand messages from creeps, weirdos and fetishists. And now, she's decided to share them all, via an Instagram account simply titled "perv_magnet." So if you're one of the guys who's sent her weird shit in the last decade... watch out.

Some of the messages are bizarre. Others are incomprehensible. Too many are just straight up disturbing. Mia's responses are hilarious. Here are some of perv_magnet's greatest hits:

Surveillance video captures burglar hovering over sleeping toddler's crib in the middle of the night



Here's a creepy story that will have you double-checking your locks at night... In Katy, Texas, a family's security cameras caught a burglar breaking in and creeping through their house undetected -- stopping to hang out in the bedroom of a toddler -- while everyone was sound asleep.

The teenage burglar, who slipped through an unlocked first-story window, is seen in surveillance footage sneaking through the house, going room to room, and spending five minutes walking in and out of the bedroom of the family's 2-year-old boy. Thinh Le and the rest of the family slept through the whole thing.

This "want ad" has apparently been around for a while -- a version of it was posted on Reddit several months ago -- but it just came my way, and it's weird. Good luck with that, Mario. Medical assistant accused of sexually abusing patients

Oh, come on! This week in New Jersey, a medical assistant was charged with sexually assaulting two female patients: Assistant in Fort Lee doctor's office charged with sexually abusing patients.

29-year-old Gung Kim is accused of inappropriately touching two female patients during procedures last month at the Edison Kidney Center and at a satellite office in Fort Lee. He is not a licensed nurse nor a physician:
