These aren't just houses—they're mansions. The families will be able to stay in the homes for up to ten years. Though if the guy is indeed one of Japan's richest man, he could probably build a whole bunch of houses for the state's homeless, instead of just handing over eight of his existing mansions. I'm just saying.
