ichiro's big night!


As sports fans know, yesterday was baseball's biggest night of the summer, the All-Star Game, at AT&T Park in San Francisco. The defining hit of the night came from Seattle's Ichiro Suzuki in the fifth inning, a drive off the right-field wall which became a two-run home run—the first inside-the-park home run in All-Star game history: MVP Suzuki's 2-run inside-the-park HR helps AL hold off NL 5-4 for 10th straight All-Star win. The home run ball was immediately handed over to the Hall of Fame. It was a big night for Ichiro, who got three hits and walked away as the game's MVP. Pretty awesome.
