I've been hearing a ton of good buzz for Free Food for Millionaires, a recent novel by Min Jin Lee. I'm told it reads like an updated Victorian-era novel filled with a cast of Korean American characters. Heralded as an overnight sensation, it's been showered with praise by literary critics from all over, who are calling Lee a genuine, fresh new voice.
