Last week, with the election for California's 32nd Congressional District just days away, candidate Gil Cedillo distributed a vicious, low-down dirty mailer smearing frontrunner Judy Chu, connecting her to a Chinese espionage suspect. Basically, it implies that Dr. Chu isn't American, but a foreigner whose own patriotism and loyalty is suspect. Seriously, Gil? You're really going to go there?
