steve lee's dirty south Korea

This is so weird! And I love it. It's the low-tech music video for "Say Herro" by Steve Lee, off his "Asian-Adventure record" Dirty South Korea. It's a humorous little jaunt through stereotypes and misconceptions.

I wrote about Steve last year when I first head his fun, catchy album of indie-pop kid songs What Did You Do Today, Stephen Scott Lee? I love that record. His latest one... very silly and strange.

Dirty South Korea is not a children's record... but it's about being Asian in Arkansas. It includes tracks like "Elvis of Asia," "Kim Jong You Must Be Ill," and "The Complete History and My Understanding of the Korean Language." It's currently available on iTunesicon.
