51-year-old Timothy Kish was driving a pickup truck early last week when he struck Chinese food delivery man Rui Hui Lin, who was riding his bicycle. Lin later died at the hospital:
Mr. Kish told detectives he got out of his car to help Mr. Lin, then returned to move his truck, which was blocking traffic, according to the complaint. He said he brought a towel to help Mr. Lin, who was bleeding profusely from his head. Mr. Kish saw paramedics and returned to his vehicle to move it a second time, then left the scene without giving his personal information to police, the complaint said.
