Yes, you read that right. He survived an insurgent rocket attack -- a close call that exploded about 90 feet from his barracks, inflicting casualties. Glad to hear he's back safely.. and returning to city hall, ready to turn Sunnyvale's downtown into "a historic, cool place to visit and shop."
