asian pacific islander and native american heritage festival at janm

Short notice, but if you're in Los Angeles this weekend, here's a cool event happening this Saturday at the Japanese American National Museum in Little Tokyo: Asian Pacific Islander & Native American Heritage Festival.

Several community non-profit organizations will be tabling on behalf of their causes and future events. They'll also have lecturers, performances, film screenings, craftmaking, and free food samples from Aloha Cafe.

It's happening all day, 11:00am to 5:00pm this Saturday, May 29 at JANM. And all for the special admission price of 'pay what you can.' No one will be refused admission! For more information about the festival, view the flyer above, or visit the JANM website here.
