Chandler police said Laiaddee, 33, was last seen on March 18. KPHO reports that after arresting Valentini on an outstanding traffic warrant May 28, police searched his apartment and found two debit cards, an American Express card and a health insurance card that belonged to Laiaddee, according to the documents.
The court documents say Valentini "did admit" to using one of the cards to pay his bills. The documents also show there were charges for an adult dating website on the card.
Police also found a handgun, rifle and dozens of rounds of ammunition in the apartment, according to the report. Valentini is prohibited by law from possessing guns due to a 2007 felony trespassing conviction.
Laiaddee is described as 5-feet-4-inches tall, 130 pounds, with dark brown hair and brown eyes. She is of Taiwanese descent. Anyone with information about Laiaddee is asked to call police at 480-782-4130 or the Silent Hotline at 480-782-4440.
