gapimny looking for stories about racism at gay clubs

I recently heard from Jason Tseng of Gay Asian & Pacific Islander Men of New York (GAPIMNY), which serves the queer API community in the New York metropolitan area. The are investigating the issue of anti-Asian policies at queer parties and clubs in New York, and are looking for folks who might have experienced such discrimination:
Racism at NYC Gay Clubs: Request For Your Stories

Dear Community Members,

Over the past few months, we at GAPIMNY have heard an increasing
number of stories about gay Asian/Pacific Islander men being barred
from entering certain clubs in NYC.

We are concerned that these actions reflect racist policies within
clubs - policies that not only discriminate against gay Asian/Pacific
Islanders but other queer and trans people of color, too.

And we want to do something about it.

But first, we'd like to learn more about these incidents so that we
can move to next steps in addressing this issue.

Please help us by providing your story or a friend's story regarding
being denied access to a club that in any way seems unwarranted.
Please fill out this form per incident and provide as much detail as
possible:

The goal is to document these incidents and confront these racist practices, starting with the management of the various clubs. For more information, take a look at the public Facebook announcement here. To report an incident, you can use the online form here. And to learn more about the work GAPIMNY is doing, go here.
