Something about this photo, posted on Kal Penn's Twitter, amuses me. The actor we know and love as Kumar is currently visiting U.S. troops with the USO in South Korea. If I'm correct, this photo was taken at the DMZ between the North and South. It looks like he's up to some mischief. Do not mess with that soldier, Kalpen.
