10-year-old's "born this way" video gets lady gaga endorsement

Check out this video of 10-year-old Maria Aragon of Winnpeg, Canada, whose spirited homemade rendition of Lady Gaga's "Born This Way" went viral -- from 3,100 to more than two million views in less than 24 hours -- after catching the attention of the pop superstar herself. You can't deny that she's one amazing little performer. Take a look:

The video's views skyrocketed after Lady Gaga tweeted about it, calling Maria "the future." The endorsement pretty much turned Maria into an overnight singing sensation. She's even lined up a date to duet with Lady Gaga herself next month in Toronto: Winnipeg girl to sing with Lady Gaga.

Say what you will about Lady Gaga. Say what you will about "Born This Way" and its questionable lyrics ("You're black, white, beige, chola descent / You're lebanese, you're orient"). You can't deny that young Maria is a born performer, and her confidence and charm is totally infectious.
