I received a handful of emails about a brief, odd little moment that happened last night on American Idol... Near the end of the episode, during which the Top 12 girls performed, host Ryan Seacrest slipped into some weird, vaguely Asian accent when he said, "How do you pick your favorite, right?" I don't know what he's doing there. It might be a mock Asian accent. Or maybe the backstage booze is kicking in. He could be having a minor Serene Branson stroke-like moment. Whatever he's doing, he sounds like an idiot. Well, then again, I guess he sounds like an idiot most of the time.
