DVRP is seeking an Executive Director who is resourceful, innovative, and a team-builder. The Executive Director will steer the organization financially and will strategically position the organization for success. The Executive Director will work with people from diverse cultural, linguistic, economic, educational, and vocational backgrounds. The Executive Director will also work closely with staff, volunteers, and the Board of Directors. This position requires some work on weekends and evenings.
