retrofit republic one year anniversary/launch party, september 10


Another somethin' somethin' cool happening in the Bay Area this weekend... Retrofit Republic is celebrating its one-year anniversary as a sustainable vintage retailer and styling group with a social impact.

Started by a group of like-minded friends (including former Angry Reader of the Week Julia Rhee), Retrofit Republic specializes in vintage and recycled clothing and offer styling to individuals, changemakers, and brands.

At this Saturday's launch party, they'll be unveiling their 2011 Fall Lookbook profiling ten community heroes. It's happening September 10 at The Summit in San Francisco. Here are some more details about the party:

Join us as we toast to creative collaborations, sustainable vintage apparel, and the local economy. We'll unveil our 2011 Fall Lookbook profiling 10 leaders who look good and do good in our communities.
