sdaff's ultimate asian film super fan contest


Are you an Asian Film Super Fan? The San Diego Asian Film Festival is looking for The Ultimate Asian Film Super Fan. They're giving away a Verizon Tablet, two all-festival passes, hotel accommodations and much more. You'll be attending the festival in style, with supreme Asian Film Super Fan swagger.

To enter the contest, you'll have to make a short video explaining why you're the biggest Asian Film Super Fan. Here are some more details:
Blaze through the San Diego Asian Film Festival as the Ultimate Asian Film Super Fan. Thanks to official mobile sponsor, Verizon Wireless and their new 4G Network, The 12th San Diego Asian Film Festival s on the look out to find the Ultimate Asian Film Super Fan. Can you name every single Park Chan-Wook film? Can you sing the lyrics "I Enjoy Being a Girl" by Nancy Kwan in "The Flower Drum Song?" How has Wong Kar Wai changed your life? If you can answer these questions, chances are you could be the Ultimate Asian Film Super Fan we’re looking for.

In a 2-3 minute video, simply explain why you are the biggest Asian Film Super Fan. That’s it! The more creative you get and the more convincing your message, the more likely you’ll move up the ranks to win the title of Ultimate Asian Film Super Fan. There are two rounds:

  • Round 1: Submit your original video and the Verizon and San Diego Asian Film Festival staff will choose the top 3 entries.



  • Round 2: Top 3 entries are uploaded to San Diego Asian Film Foundation Facebook page and voted on by the Facebook Community.



  • Grand Prize winner will blaze through the 12th San Diego Asian Film Festival with a brand new Verizon Tablet, Two (2) All Access Passes to the Festival (October 20-28, 2011), hotel lodging during opening weekend (October 21 and October 22, 2011), an opportunity to be an official SDAFF blogger during festival, and much more!
