angry gift guide: make a donation to the korematsu institute, get the aapi civil rights wall calendar

This holiday season, give the gift of AAPI history. If you make a donation to the Fred T. Korematsu Institute for Civil Rights and Education, you'll receive the first-ever limited edition Asian American and Pacific Islander Civil Rights 2012 wall calendar.

What do you know about AAPI history? Test your knowledge. With 12 months of incredible images and 65 significant dates, you'll be reminded throughout the year of the challenges and triumphs that brought us to where we are today.

A $100 donation will send 5 Korematsu Day teachings kits K-12 classrooms around the country. Because kids should learn about our civil rights struggles too. Donate by December 16 to receive your calendar by Christmas.

You know what also makes a great holiday gift? A Fred Korematsu Day t-shirt. Show your pride every January 30 with a design dedicated to a civil rights icon. It's available in men's and women's sizes for $20 each. All proceeds help the Korematsu Institute send teaching kits too.
