call your senator and urge them to vote on judicial nominees

This week, the Asian American Justice Center and the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association are supporting a national call-in campaign to urge the Senate to vote on President Obama's judicial nominees.

If you're keeping score, Judge Jacqueline Nguyen (nominee for the Ninth Circuit), Miranda Du (nominee for the District Court of Nevada), and John Lee (nominee for the Northern District of Illinois) are all awaiting final confirmation votes by the full Senate.

Want to help? You are urged to call your senators this week and make your voice heard. Here's some more information:

This week, beginning as early as March 14, the Senate could consider a number of President Obama's nominees. These votes are expected to include Miranda Du and John Lee. For far too long, these important votes have been delayed for no legitimate reasons. Senators must be told to end the obstruction and vote on these judicial nominees.

Your calls make a difference!

Senators on both sides of the aisle have to hear that these votes are important to their constituents. Please call now - make your voice heard and join thousands of others.
