2007 apia spoken word & poetry summit

All right, word nerds and poet heads, the 2007 APIA Spoken Word & Poetry Summit is going down this weekend, August 3-5 in New York City. The Summit is a bi-annual gathering of progressive artists involved in the APIA community—sharing, teaching, building, connecting. All that good empowerment stuff. It's a weekend full of workshops, panels and showcases for you, the community's spoken word warriors. And one hell of a lineup of some of the most kickass performers around.
