Music fans, here's a cool giveaway for you... I'm partnering up with the good people at Chicago-based indie label Actually Records to celebrate the release of The Gold Medalists' new album The City Lights Us on Fire, out tomorrow on iTunes and CD Baby. The album is the work of San Francisco's Peter Nguyen, the drummer behind a number of fan-fave indie rock bands, whose music promises to kick your ass, break your heart, and set you on fire. According to the press release, the record contains "the sounds of a musician unafraid to contrast songs you want to hear on a sunny day when you wish it were raining next to high energy, throat ripping, noise-laden dance-funk riots."
