spoelstra could step up as miami heat coach

There is currently some speculation going around that Pat Riley will be stepping down as coach of the Miami Heat. It's widely assumed that he'll choose a successor from his staff, with assistant coach Erik Spoelstra the front-runner take the reins if/when Riley steps down: Is a Coaching Change Coming in Miami?
