new reality show looking for foreigners with strong accents

The casting notice was forwarded along to me, for a new reality show pilot looking specifically for immigrants and foreigners. And it sounds really weird. Here are the details:

CASTING IMMIGRANTS AND FOREIGNERS FOR REALITY SHOW PILOT
STRONG ACCENTS & CHARACTERS a PLUS!

Casting IMMIGRANTS and FOREIGNERS of ALL NATIONALITIES who are in PURSUIT of the AMERICAN DREAM for a new reality show PILOT. STRONG ACCENTS & CHARACTERS a PLUS!!!!

We are casting MEN & WOMEN who are great CHARACTERS with BIG PERSONALITIES to live in a house for up to three days as part of a social experiment.

Whether you are from CHINA, PAKISTAN, AUSTRALIA, FRANCE, MEXICO, CANADA, BOTSWANA, BULGARIA or ANY other foreign land, if you were not born and bred in America, then we want to hear from you.

All types will be considered. All applicants must be 21+

Participants will be paid $200 a day and the chance to win prizes along the way.

I really have to wonder what kind of show they're putting together, and why exactly strong accents are a plus. Let me guess: Extreme Foreign Makeover. I have no idea, but something about this just does not seem right. I guess we'll see whenever this thing inevitably gets produced and put on television... (Thanks, Vicky.)
